  • What is holistic coaching?
    Holistic life coaching is an approach that considers the individual as a whole, recognizing the interconnectedness of various aspects of life, such as physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Holistic life coaching takes into account the entirety of a person's life and aims to promote balance and harmony.
  • How is coaching different from therapy?
    Therapy often focuses on the past and its impact on your present mental health. Holistic coaching is focused on all aspects of you and your life. We explore not only your immediate concerns, but also underlying beliefs, self-awareness, patterned ways of being, and lifestyle choices that impact your overall well-being. The coaching relationship is strengths-based, forward-looking, and collaborative as we work to create positive and sustainable changes for your overall wellness. Please note that coaching is not a substitute for working with a mental health professional to diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
  • Can I combine holistic coaching with other forms of therapy?
    Yes, absolutely!
  • Who is your ideal client?
    If you’re ready to embrace the totality of you, gain awareness of patterns and behaviors that have become automatic, get to the root of what’s holding you back, and work to create changes that will strengthen your life, then please reach out! If you’re looking for a quick fix or aren’t ready to invest in your personal growth, we probably will not be a good fit together.
  • What is your coaching philosophy?
    We each hold within us the answers to our healing, I deeply believe and know this to be true. Our bodies are wired this way and have an innate propensity to heal. It’s giving us messages all the time, but more often than not, we’re not hearing its whispers. As women, most of us have been conditioned to abandon this knowing and our connection inward. Instead, we seek outside ourselves for the answer and someone else to “fix” us. I do not have all the answers and know exactly what you need for your healing. In fact, when someone claims this, I run fast in the other direction! You, my friend, are exactly who you’ve been waiting for. YOU hold the keys that’ll unlock your healing and full potential. I have many techniques and modalities that I draw upon from my own journey and trainings, but the road ahead will be unique to you.
  • Do you offer virtual or in-person coaching sessions?
    At this time I am only offering virtual coaching sessions.
  • How often would I schedule coaching sessions?
    Most often we start by meeting weekly or every other week. But, you get to decide what works best for you! There’s no rule and no “right” way.
  • Do you offer a free consultation or trial session?
    If you’re curious about coaching, I offer a free Discovery Call. They typically last 15-20 minutes. It gives us a chance to meet, for me to hear a little about what’s coming up for you and what you’re wanting to work on, and to see if we’d be a good fit.
  • Can I start anytime?
    Yes! Coaching will not be successful unless you’re ready to work through whatever is holding you back, so start when it feels right to you.
  • What if I can’t make my session?
    I get it, life happens. As a courtesy, I ask for a minimum of 24-hours notice when canceling or rescheduling a session. We’ll work together to reschedule in a timely manner.
  • How do I pay for my sessions?
    I have convenient online payment with options for credit card or Paypal. When booking your session online, you’ll make your payment and sign the Client Agreement, too.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    No, I am not a licensed therapist and cannot accept insurance.
